1. Booking Confirmations
Bookings made via our website or WhatsApp are subject to vehicle availability. Upon receiving your reservation request, our team will confirm your pick-up time and chauffeur details via WhatsApp or email.
2. Punctuality & Flight Delays
For airport transfers at Agadir Al Massira Airport (AGA), our chauffeurs monitor live flight arrival status. We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time following your scheduled flight arrival.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
You can modify or cancel your private transfer or day trip free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time by contacting us directly on WhatsApp (+212698572707).
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to adhere to vehicle safety guidelines, wear seatbelts, and respect the vehicle interior. Luggage capacity guidelines must be observed based on your selected vehicle type (Sedan, Minivan, or Minibus).
