1. Scope of Agreement

By booking a tour, private transfer, or custom travel package with Discover Morocco, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all individuals listed on the reservation form.

2. Booking and Deposit

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from our team. While we offer a flexible booking process with zero deposit for many private day trips, multi-day tours or luxury hotel block bookings may require a deposit to guarantee lodging availability.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund (if a deposit was paid). Cancellations within 48 to 72 hours of departure will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to hotel and transporter cancellation penalty rules.

4. Travel Insurance

It is a condition of booking that all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, baggage loss, and trip cancellation. Discover Morocco is not responsible for losses incurred due to inadequate insurance coverage.
